| Ogden Telephone Company subscribers can now purchase or lease equipment from the telephone company. To order new or additional service, or for information about your bill or telephone service, call or visit your Business Office. |

| Payment of Bills |
| Bills may be paid by mail or in person at the Business Office located at 202 W Walnut St., Ogden. Bills are due when received. All bills delinquent if not paid by the 25th of each month. |
